Leidy is our Administrative Assistant and mother of three who brings strong organizational skills, resilience, and a deep commitment to excellence in both her personal and professional life. Whether coordinating schedules, managing communications, organizing documentation, or supporting leadership, she approaches every task with professionalism and dedication. Balancing family responsibilities while pursuing higher education has strengthened her time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

"I grew up in Bogota, Colombia, where I was involved in leadership roles in my community. Seeing my children grow gives me the urgency to plan and organize my finances for their future and help other mothers and families learn and plan ahead for theirs.

I've been with Solomon Wealth Solutions for about a year as an administrative assistant. I am committed to continuous growth and expanding my professional knowledge, pursuing licensure to further contribute to the firm’s development and long-term success.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and our three wonderful kids, our three cats and Abby, our dog."
